RSP Awarded the Cyber-Essentials Certification

Cyber Security is something we take very seriously here at The RSP. With more attacks coming in many shapes and sizes and very basic in nature, we decided to do something about it and increase our level of protection.

In April 2018 we carried out the self-assessment on our business, and having understood the requirements which Cyber Essentials puts on the installation, configuration and maintenance of our IT, we were ready to complete the Certification questionnaire and submit this to the Certification Body.

We are pleased to announce that in May 2018 we were awarded the Cyber-Essentials Certification. This certification means that The RSP was assessed as meeting the Cyber Essentials implementation profile [BIS/14/696/1.5], at the time of testing, the RSP’s ICT defences were assessed as satisfactory against commodity based cyber-attack.
